What Makes This Team Building Experience Unique

Mindfulness:

Mindfulness is the maintaining of an 'in the moment' approach every moment, of each day. It is focused on learning to practice a moment-to-moment awareness of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and your surrounding environment.

Mindfulness is accepting your thoughts and feelings, letting go of the tendency to judge, or believing that there is a "right" or wrong way to feel, at any given moment. When being mindful your thoughts are focused on what you are sensing at that specific moment in time, rather than going backwards in time, or jumping into imagining the future. Studies show that when you apply mindfulness to your leadership style you can achieve an increase in positivity, decrease negative emotions and stress, increase your memory and focus, and increases your ability to tune out distractions.

Equine Learning & Development is unique. It is a hands on, all in participatory experience that is guaranteed to bring about numerous 'A ha!' moments for you and your team. Equine Learning and Development (ELD) is a learning modality that offers you a unique, and unforgettable opportunity to get to know yourself, and others, through the space of our partner coach, the equine.

Equines teach us mindfulness by modeling it through their natural state of being, and providing real-time feedback via their reactions to you, your energy, your actions, all reflective of your moment-to-moment state of being. Equines also teach us about leadership, and herd behavior. During your equine experience, you will sometimes be the leader, and other times one of the herd. No matter what your role, you will learn more about how you show up, how you communicate and collaborate, than any text book or lecture could teach you.

Hello and Welcome! My name is Jeannine Miller and I am the founder of the 3D Mindful Leadership Experience. With over 30 years of experience in the corporate world -- working with and as a member of teams -- I have discovered a need for a unique team-building experience that has been a proven success with many diverse groups.

In 2018 you have to do things differently, you have to be ready to change it up. 3D Mindful Leadership gets you OUT of the office, and into a space where you can start building trust as a team from the bottom up, while embracing conflict, understanding what it means to be committed and accountable, and strive for attention to successful outcomes!

What stands between leadership and a successful year? Their teams! In 2018 your success is going to depend on how well each individual develops both team and individual managerial effectiveness. You cannot just show up, you have inspire, develop and lead, as individually and collectively, you guide change and manage internal stakeholders and the politics that goes along with that.
